The humble third son of icon of Kannada cinema power star Puneeth Rajakumar agrees that some of the audiences of his father Dr.Rajakumar films are watching his films in nook and corner of Karnataka and at the same time he salute the towering ability of his father Dr.Rajakumar. My father is said to be always No.1 but likewise Dr Vishnuvardhana is one such actor I am always proud of says Puneeth Rajakumar speaking to journalist friends at Solitaire Hotel at the get together of 50 days of ‘Raj The Showman’.

As of now I have finished ‘Ram’ and ‘Prithvi’ song recording has begun on October 2, Gandhi Jayanthi day. MB Babu is producing this film. It is headed by Jacob Verghese of ‘Savaari’ as director and Manikanth Khadri son of internationally acclaimed saxophone exponent Khadri Gopalanath is scoring the music. One of the two tunes of ‘Prithvi’ is very beautiful one and on the standards of ‘Ninnindhale…..of ‘Milana’ recalls Puneeth Rajakumar.

According to Puneeth Rajakumar the technicality, good production values or trend is what not counts for the audience approval. It is always how best the cinema is made he points strongly.

After ‘Prithvi’ Puneeth Rajakumar is taking up ‘Jackie’ in the direction of ‘Dhuniya’ super hit director Soori. After this he is acting in ‘Naadodigal’ remake for his home banner.
